Shipping policy

Order Processing Time
Please expect 2 to 7 business days before an order is shipped out as apparel is made to order. Please note that we aim to get orders out as soon as possible and within the 5-15 date time-frame, but as #glowgetternation is a two-woman show, it is possible that orders may take longer.

Estimated Shipping Times
Canada: 6-10 business days
USA: 2-4 business days

Shipping times are subject to the state of the world (pandemic) and seasons where people may be ordering more online (Christmas etc.)

These shipping times are only an estimate, not a guarantee, and #glowgetternation has no control over shipping times. Actual delivery time will depend on the method used as well as the time of year and destination of the order.
#glowgetternation is not responsible for packages sent without tracking or for orders that are placed with the wrong shipping address. If your item is returned to Glowgetternation, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping and any costs incurred due to the return.

Customs and Import Taxes
The customer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. These are rare of course, but sometimes it happens.
