Refund policy

All items sold by #glowgetternation cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item was found to be damaged. If that is the case, #glowgetternation will replace the item. The buyer is responsible for sending it back to #glowgetternation and shipping back to the buyer will be covered. If you received your order and an item is damaged please email teamglowgetter@gmail.com with a photo of the item. 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Instant download items (Digital Files ) don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Please contact the seller about any problems with your order.
