Frequently Asked

What is Christina Burke Blogs about?

I write about business, creativity, health, and building a layered life in real time. We're constantly growing, learning, a striving towards goals and I share my insights through my journey.

Who is this blog for?

This space is for people who are building something: a business, a reinvention, better health, stronger systems, or a more aligned version of themselves. If you’re multi-passionate and refuse to shrink into one box, you’ll probably feel at home here.

Why don’t you niche down?

Real life isn’t one-dimensional. I've spent years trying to follow the "niche down" rule and I felt suffocated. I struggle with consistency because I wanted to talk about it all. My brand is built on alignment and evolution of my whole self. Business, health, creativity, and systems all overlap in my life — and this blog reflects that.

Do you sell products?

Yes! I create digital tools, workbooks, templates, and resources related to marketing, personal branding, and productivity. When they’re available, you’ll find them in the shop section of this site. I have future plans to expand into physical products.

Do you use affiliate links?

Occasionally. Some posts may contain affiliate links. If I recommend something, it’s because I genuinely use it or believe it’s valuable. There’s no extra cost to you and I will be transparent about it.

Do you offer coaching or consulting?

Right now, my focus is writing and creating digital tools. If that changes, it will be clearly announced on the site.

Do you use AI?

I believe in using tools intelligently. I use AI to refine systems and sharpen execution in my business. But when it comes to my writing: my stories, opinions, and lived experiences, that’s me. I’m not interested in outsourcing my voice. As a graphic designer I also believe that professional creative services should also be respected and hired over the use of AI.

How often do you publish?

I aim to publish consistently, but quality and honesty matter more than frequency. The goal is progress, not pressure.

How can I stay updated?

Join the email list at the bottom of this page. That’s where I share new posts, updates, occasional resources, and short, relatable anecdotes.
